First Entry -Some memories of my 3 months travel in India

Here’s what I did:
1.Completed a 200 hours yoga teachers certificate with YogaAlliance. The biggest challenge was to get up at 5:30 am everyday with 5 to 6 hours of yoga and 3 hours of theory classes. The teachers pushed our bodies and mind to the limit, to help us become more disciplined.
2.Traveled from Trivandrum to Delhi by train, 52 hours in total. Had some great conversations with fellow passengers, and observed the amazing changes in landscapes all the way through.
3.Couldn’t resist the delicious street food, thus developed a delhi belly.
4.Studied further with more yoga masters in different styles, such as Sivananda style of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Power Yoga in Rishikeshi and McLeod Ganj.
5.Met some amazing people.
