Nothing beats the beautiful Swedish summer, had three pieces of toast with butter and nutella this morning for breakfast (Can’t resist the sweets, I think it is OK to have it occasionally, you got have to enjoy life, yoga is not all about eating beans), and then went out for a walk…
Got asked often to recommend few yoga asanas( poses) for Insomnia; it is easy to experience insomnia in the modern world, especially for those who have high stressful jobs. Backbends are especially good, and may help with insomnia if we practice with proper breathing. I attached a photo of the wheel pose. Please note that this particular one may not be for beginners, easy backbends such as cobra will be uploaded shortly.
